We’re hiring an Account Executive to help grow Replicate. You’ll be one of the first people on the go-to-market team, so you’ll have a big hand in building how we sell, who we sell to, and how we grow from here.
You’ll work closely with new and existing customers, help bring in revenue, and share what you learn with the rest of the team. You’ll also give feedback to Product and Engineering so we can keep improving what we’re building.
We’re looking for someone who’s excited to figure things out, not just follow a playbook. If that sounds like you, let’s talk.
What You'll Achieve:
Identify the right people, build relationships, and turn them into long-term customers.
Stay close to current customers—solve problems, support their goals, and improve the renewal process to grow usage and reduce churn.
Meet with prospective customers (in person or over Zoom) to understand their business goals and challenges.
Build and grow relationships with senior decision-makers.
Run thoughtful product demos that help close deals—and hit or beat your quota.
Shape how we sell—build playbooks and help define our sales approach.
Stay close to our users and make sure they have a great experience with Replicate.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
2-5 years of full cycle sales at a fast-growing startup
Proven track record of hitting or beating quotas in current and past roles
Excellent communicator who’s clear, confident, and listens well
Presentation skills that captivate and connect with any audience
Positive, open-minded, and eager to learn
Driven to succeed without compromising your values or integrity
A builder who thrives working with others to create and improve processes
Comfortable navigating uncertainty and finding creative solutions when the path isn’t clear
Nice to Haves:
You’ve been an early sales hire at a growing startup
Confident in discussing technical features and bridging the gap between engineering and sales
Proven success in direct sales and partner-driven deals
Experience planning quarterly sales goals
Proven experience closing new logo deals
